Sean has over 20 years’ experience operating in the residential market.  He honed his skills building high-end homes, ranging from expansive single dwellings to large luxurious schemes.

At school Sean took a keen interest in IT, Maths and Business Studies.  It was during an apprenticeship at Barratt Homes that his passion for construction was established, leading to spells with other renowned developers, Millgate Homes and Consero London, as Sean carved out his career.

In Sean’s role at Technical Project Manager at Millgate Homes, he oversaw and employed all disciplines of external consultants from architects, civils, structural engineers, M&E designers.  He ran their flagship schemes ranging from£3m per house to £7m per property, and was responsible for the projects from Planning through to completion of construction works, supporting the supply chain with the relevant details, vetting tender returns for technical accuracy, and aiding in monitoring procurement targets.  

He was then headhunted by Consero London to set-up their new Design Management division to align with Consero’s expansion from development into turnkey solutions for super prime properties in the countryside.  In addition to managing the technical team, his role covered all aspects from appointing of the design team at Planning stage through to final handover of the completed project, handling all technical aspects including the interior design teams, plus Client liaison with the investors and end users throughout.  

Joining Andrew in 2015, Sean co-founded Orchis with a singular vision: to provide clients with unparalleled transparency, honesty, and collaboration to turn their dream homes into reality.

Outside of work Sean is a keen runner and swims regularly.  He also enjoys music, cycling, the countryside, and spending time with his wife, daughter and dog Mylo.
