Since 1981 Andrew has been involved with the construction industry.  During his time at Trafalgar House, he gained wide experience across various sectors, including commercial developments, listed buildings, commercial fit outs, residential fit outs and high-end residential schemes.

During this time Andrew was fortunate enough to have worked on such prominent landmark buildings such as Windsor Castle, St Pauls and Hampton Court Palace to name a few.

Andrew went on to establish an interior fit out company representing blue chip investors such as British American Tobacco and Merrill Lynch in their flagship London portfolios.

Having worked in London for 17 years, he sold his London business and founded a new construction company serving Surrey and the Home Counties in the residential market.

During the recession of 2008 he was approached to be involved in several recovery projects inheriting schemes where contractors had become insolvent, tasked with picking up the troubled projects seeing them through on a turnkey to completion for his clients.

In 2015Andrew founded Orchis, creating a contractor with an honest, transparent and flexible approach to serve the high-end residential market in both London and the Home Counties.

Outside of his professional endeavours, he has a keen interest in sport, and also caring for the likes of his donkeys, sheep, chickens and his 2 bulldogs Beryl, &Prudence.
